 In Chinese Metaphysics, everything in the world is made up of five basic components, called the Five Elements. They are the Metal, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth. These elements are not chaotic, they are constantly interacting with one another according to the basic laws. Our body and our destiny are also made up of the five elements.
The Chinese have five categories of study in the world of Chinese Metaphysics. There are the Mountain, Medical, Divination, Destiny and Physiognomy.
Four Pillars of Destiny is classified under Destiny and Fengshui is classified under physiognomy of the living environment.
